What is an AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card?
AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards come in various themes when bought in grocery stores and pharmacies, e.g. DINE, EATZ, PLAY, BIRTHDAY. All AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards allow recipients to swap and spend the value of their gift card with one or more of the listed Canadian brands. AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards must be registered online before swapping for a brand e-gift card of choice to then go shopping with. Although you need to treat the gift card as you would cash, AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards themselves are not a payment method so cannot be used directly in stores.
Can I use my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card straight away in stores?
No. You have to register and swap it online first on the website shown on the gift card (www.AnyCard.ca/choice) and follow the instructions.
How do I register and spend my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card?
Scan the QR Card number inside the card or visit www.AnyCard.ca/choice. New customers will need to register to set up an account. Existing account holders need to login and enter the AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card number and PIN. Your account will be credited with the value of your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card.
Where can I find the AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card number?
The gift card number is clearly located on the inside of AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards. The gift card PIN is underneath the grey security scratch panel. Rub a coin on the panel to reveal the card number. Do not rub or scratch too hard. Illegible, damaged card numbers cannot be replaced and will render the gift card worthless.
Do I have to redeem the full value of my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card in one go?
No. If you don’t spend the full value of your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card, any unspent funds will be instantly credited to your account.
Can I spread the value of my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card across multiple brands?
Yes. You can spend your balance on as few or as many brands as you want. Any unspent funds will remain on your account.
Where can I view my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card balance?
Once logged in you can see your balance in the top right of your screen (on PC). You can also view your balance within My Account. You will need to have registered and logged in to access My Account.
Does my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card have an expiry date?
No. AnyCard Multi-Brand Gift Cards do not expire.
The website is telling me my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card is already registered or invalid, what shall I do?
Please first double-check the details of your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card have been entered correctly. If your gift card is still being reported as already registered or invalid go into My eGifts. If you cannot see the gift card, please contact us at choicecards@AnyCard.co
What happens if my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card gets lost/stolen?
If you have not registered your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card: As the gift card is not personal or registered it’s as good as cash so cannot be replaced when lost or stolen. If you have written down your gift card number, please email choicecards@AnyCard.co as soon as possible so we can block your card. If you do not have any details, then we will not be able assist.
If you have registered your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card: Please contact our AnyCard Multi-Brand customer service team at choicecards@AnyCard.co being sure to provide us with the details you set your account up with and we’ll try to assist.
Am I able to obtain a refund for my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card?
No. Once a AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card has been purchased and activated it is not possible to obtain a refund. We are confident, however, that with our broad choice of brands, there will be something that will interest you!
Where can I view my past AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card redemptions?
Simply log in to My Account, then select My eGifts. Here you will find details of all your previous gift cards.
Can I register my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card and use it at a later time?
Yes. The value of your card will sit as a balance on your account to spend how and when you wish.
I’ve entered an incorrect email while registering my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card, what shall I do?
Please contact us at choicecards@AnyCard.co quoting your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card number and PIN, and the incorrect email address you set the account up with. We will try to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, if the email address you have originally registered your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card to is in use, we have no way of stopping the recipient from using your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card. Please note AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards must be treated as cash and cannot be replaced.
Can I give my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card to someone else?
Yes. So long as you haven’t registered your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card it can be given to someone else or gifted. Please treat the gift card as you would cash.
Can I choose to receive physical and digital gift cards from retailers when exchanging my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card?
No, only digital e-gift cards are available at this time.
Once I’ve exchanged my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card, can I use the e-gift cards both in-store and online?
This depends on the brand and unless you see otherwise in the e-gift card terms, they are only redeemable in-store.
Can I change my mind once I’ve exchanged my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card towards a brand’s e-gift card?
No. Once the order has been processed it is not possible to cancel or exchange.
I haven’t yet received the e-gift card for the brand that I swapped my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card for, what shall I do?
Please ensure to check your email spam/junk folder and the email address registered to your AnyCard Multi-Brand account (see My Account). You will find it under My eGiftsin your AnyCard Multi-Brand account online.
Can I order any value of e-gift card?
No. Brands all offer different values of e-gift card and we aim to provide as much choice from their available options.
After I’ve swapped my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card how long is the actual e-gift card valid for?
The e-gift cards do not expire.
Are there any extra fees charged by AnyCard Multi-Brand or the brands at redemption?
No. There are no fees or additional charges through the gift card redemption process.
What happens if the e-gift card I’ve swapped my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card for gets lost or stolen?
Once you have swapped your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card you are subject to each brand’s own gift card terms and conditions. AnyCard is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards or e-gift cards or dealing with enquiries relating to lost or stolen gift cards or e-gift cards. You must contact the brand directly. Sometimes e-gift cards are delivered to an incorrect email address. As this information is provided exactly how customers submit it, it’s essential to ensure addresses are correct at the time of swapping.
If I don’t spend all my balance with my retailer e-gift card in one transaction, do I lose my credit/balance?
No, the balance will remain on your e-gift card.
Why am I seeing an “Out of stock” alert when choosing a brand e-gift card?
Occasionally there may be instances of specific values of e-gift card being “Out of stock”. In this situation we recommend using other values to make up the value you require, or to choose one of the other brands available. When there is a stock shortage it is typically replenished within 2-4 business days.
There’s a specific brand logo featured on my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card but I can’t find it on the AnyCard Multi-Brand website.

Can I give the brand e-gift card, that I’ve swapped my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card for, to someone else?
Yes, as long as the e-gift card hasn’t been spent, you can print the e-gift card and give to someone else.
Can I save my e-gift cards in my AnyCard Multi-Brand account?
Yes. E-gift cards are automatically saved in My eGifts to access anytime without the need to email them to yourself.
My e-gift card isn’t working in the brand’s store, what shall I do?
This is the responsibility of the brand so you will need to contact the brand directly in this situation.
