Chef Jose Salgado has been featured in various prominent tv stations and shows such as the Food Network, Breakfast Television, Telelatino, and many others he also has gathered multiple awards, Chef Salgado's rustic style of flavor and presentation pushes forward the idea of focusing on staying true to the authentic tapas experience, as a whole.
